𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
– Design high-quality visual graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, presentations, email marketing, and other branding materials.
– Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand identity, campaign objectives, and business goals.
– Collaborate with marketing, content, motion, and development teams to produce engaging creatives across multiple digital platforms.
– Create layouts, illustrations, icons, infographics, banners, marketing collateral, and other visual assets while maintaining brand consistency.
– Perform advanced photo editing, retouching, compositing, and image manipulation to produce polished, professional designs.
– Prepare and optimize design files for digital, web, social media, and print production.
– Utilize industry-standard tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma to create visually impactful designs.
– Leverage AI-powered creative tools for concept generation, image creation, background replacement, object editing, asset enhancement, and workflow automation to improve creativity and productivity.
– Apply AI-assisted prompt writing techniques to generate high-quality design assets, visual references, and creative concepts efficiently.
– Maintain consistency in typography, color, layout, spacing, and overall visual hierarchy across all deliverables.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional design quality.
– Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, creative tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
– 2–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and social media design projects.
– Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
– Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Magnific, ChatGPT, Ideogram, Gemini, Runway or similar platforms for concept development and design enhancement.
– Strong understanding of prompt writing and AI-assisted creative workflows to generate design concepts, edit images, and improve production efficiency.
– Solid knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, composition, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
– Advanced skills in photo retouching, image manipulation, compositing, and digital artwork creation.
– Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and both online and print materials.
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished, pixel-perfect creative assets.
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
– A creative, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning emerging AI technologies, design trends, and innovative creative workflows.

– Candidates with 2-4+ years of experience in the relevant field.

– Starting from BDT 30k-40k per month.

– 5 days (Fri-Sat weekends), 10 AM to 07 PM
– Occasional Saturday work may be required.
