We are seeking a proactive and analytical SEO Executive with a minimum 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, with a particular emphasis on off-page strategies. As an SEO Executive, you will be instrumental in driving organic traffic, enhancing online visibility, and contributing to our overall digital marketing strategy.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 & 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭: Conduct comprehensive analysis of website structure, and performance,
  ensuring adherence to SEO standards, identifying technical issues, and optimizing for search engine
  crawling and indexing.
• 𝐎𝐧-𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Enhance website elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to align with SEO best practices.
• 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬: Identify and analyze relevant keywords to inform content strategy and optimize existing content.
• 𝐎𝐟𝐟-𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐄𝐎 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies, including link building, social media marketing, guest blogging, and influencer outreach, to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings.
• 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites through ethical practices, such as creating valuable content, engaging in industry forums, and fostering relationships with key influencers.
• 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Collaborate with the content team to promote engaging and shareable content across various platforms, increasing its reach and attracting natural backlinks.
• 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Leverage social media platforms to amplify content distribution, engage with audiences, and drive traffic to the website.
• 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬: Conduct thorough analyses of competitor backlink profiles and off-page strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO-specific software to track, report, and analyze the effectiveness of off-page SEO efforts.
• 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐒𝐄𝐎 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐒𝐎𝐏𝐬 & 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬: Create SEO reports, proposals, and clear SOPs and plans to guide optimization efforts and ensure results.
• 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐄𝐎 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲: Meeting with clients and also enhance SEO strategies for the company website Techabyte Solutions.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills.
• Proven 2+ years of industrial experience with case studies on SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Solid understanding of link-building strategies, including the ability to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in off-page SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

● BDT 30k – 35k BDT per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

● 5 days (Fri-Sat weekends), 10 AM to 07 PM

● Occasional Saturday work may be required.
