𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Lead the creation of high-impact 2D Animation, Motion and visual design assets across platforms including social media, web, newsletters, digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.), print materials, and presentation decks.
- Utilize advanced tools including Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Sora, Chatgpt) to enhance ideation, design speed, and content quality.
- Develop and refine creative prompts for AI image generation and visual storytelling, ensuring output aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
- Conduct deep research into brand positioning, user behavior, design trends, and competitor strategies to craft bold, strategic visual concepts.
- Oversee and guide visual consistency across campaigns—maintaining alignment with brand identity, voice, and tone.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, and product teams to translate business objectives into striking visual narratives.
- Apply strong visual manipulation skills (e.g., composite imagery, matte painting, surreal design, hyperreal visuals) to push boundaries in creative execution.
- Integrate data-driven insights to optimize creatives for engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing art direction, feedback, and support in growing their skills.
- Ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects with efficiency, quality, and innovation at the forefront.
- Communicate with clients for brief, ideation and feedback.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- 4+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or art direction with a strong digital portfolio.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Indesign) and Figma.
- Practical experience with AI tools and platforms for image generation, video editing, or prompt-based creative workflows (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Sora, Chatgpt, Adobe Firefly).
- Strong grasp of prompt engineering to generate high-quality visual outputs using AI tools.
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Advanced photo manipulation and digital compositing skills; confident in creating polished, layered visuals from scratch.
- Strong storytelling ability and visual intuition to lead brand narratives and campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with experience in managing deadlines and delegating tasks.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for staying ahead of visual design and AI innovation trends.
