Senior Sales Executive

Techabyte Solutions is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the Digital Marketing and IT Solutions space. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, especially within software and tech services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and planning various sales activities & strategies. 
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across digital and IT service verticals
  • Manage and nurture leads through the full sales cycle—from outreach to deal closure
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Track pipeline progress and report performance metrics regularly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Techabyte’s services, collaborate closely with management, provide timely task feedback, and contribute to team efforts in exploring new market opportunities.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required (BSc, BBA, or BA); preference given to candidates with academic backgrounds in CSE, CIS, or IT.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales within software, SaaS, or IT services
  • Prior experience as a Business Development Executive is highly preferred
  • Skills in sales planning, lead organization, client relationship management, deal closing, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, MS Office, and sales reporting
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong capabilities in negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior staff, and leading teams toward performance excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: BDT 40,000–55,000 (based on experience)

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
