𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Design and animate visually stunning motion graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, product explainers, and other digital content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and product to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand direction and business goals.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts to communicate ideas clearly before production.
• Animate UI/UX or project designs using smooth path, shape, and component-based micro-interactions.
• Design and deliver Lottie and GSAP-based animations optimized for modern web and app environments.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality animations.
• Incorporate AI-driven tools for image generation, video enhancement, and creative automation to produce innovative and trend-forward content.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across the entire production pipeline—ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, plugins, and technologies in motion graphics, animation, and digital design.
• Manage multiple projects at once, delivering quality output within deadlines.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• 2-6+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or art direction with a strong digital portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Indesign) and Figma.
• Practical experience with AI tools and platforms for image generation, video editing, or prompt-based creative workflows (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Sora, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly).
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering to generate high-quality visual outputs using AI tools.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Advanced photo manipulation and digital compositing skills; confident in creating polished, layered visuals from scratch.
• Strong storytelling ability and visual intuition to lead brand narratives and campaigns.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with experience in managing deadlines and delegating tasks.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for staying ahead of visual design and AI innovation trends.
