𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
– Design visually engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, banners, presentations, and other digital marketing materials.
– Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create design concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
– Develop creative layouts, illustrations, icons, and visual assets for digital platforms.
– Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and campaigns.
– Edit and enhance images using professional photo manipulation and compositing techniques.
– Prepare design files optimized for web, social media, and print production.
– Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to produce high-quality designs.
– Incorporate AI-assisted design tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and workflow.
– Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital design.
– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
– Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
– 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and creative design work.
– Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Practical experience using AI tools for design support, such as Freepik, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
– Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
– Ability to develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
– Advanced photo editing and image manipulation skills.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Strong time management and organizational abilities.
– A proactive mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
