Are you an enthusiastic WordPress developer ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Junior WordPress Developer with strong foundational skills and a keen interest in building high-quality, user-friendly websites and digital solutions. You’ll be working on real-world projects, collaborating with senior developers, and contributing to the growth of exciting brands.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Customize existing themes and plugins as per requirements

• Optimize websites for performance and write SEO-friendly code

• WooCommerce customization and extend features

• Follow best practices for security and coding standards

• Build Elementor widgets Custom Widgets.

• Use Git for version control and collaboration

• Implement animations and interactive elements using modern JS libraries (e.g., GSAP)

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT or a related field. Academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates    who demonstrate exceptional skills.

• Strong knowledge of PHP (both OOP and procedural)

• Deep understanding of WordPress Core, Theme, and Plugin architecture

• Proficient in MySQL and database query optimization

• Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

• JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX

• Determined to learn animation libraries like GSAP (GreenSock)

• WooCommerce customization and add-on/plugin development

• Experience with Git and GitHub

• Familiarity with WordPress hooks (Actions and Filters)

• Experience with Custom Post Types (CPT), Taxonomies, and Custom Fields (ACF/Codestar Framework)

• Proficient in WP_Query & mysql

• Capable of building themes following WordPress Coding Standards

• Experience with page builders: Elementor, Gutenberg

• Good design sense and ability to build modern, clean, responsive websites

• Experience converting Figma designs to pixel-perfect web pages

• Experience with PHP framework is a plus 

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞

• BDT 20k – BDT 30k per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

• 5 days (Fri-Sat weekends), 10 AM to 07 PM
• Occasional Saturday work may be required.
